Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the unused chains or tools in their original retail packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
